Resumen
In Colombia, companies face a number of challenges related to human talent management, especially with regard to employee turnover. High turnover not only affects operational stability, but also impacts organizational culture and market competitiveness. In this context, this paper focuses on the company Tumburagua Pez S.A.S., located in the city of Neiva, Huila, dedicated to the fish farming sector. It seeks to determine the factors that affect the levels of personnel turnover in the company.
