Resumen
This monograph analyzes the relationship between the implementation of tariff and nontariff barriers and the increase in technical smuggling in the Colombian textile sector during the period 2018–2023. To do so, it reviews the background of smuggling in the country and the evolution of the textile sector, highlighting its economic and social importance.
