Resumen

By constantly studying the organizational climate, it can make a company aware of the importance of its staff, allowing them to become more humanized. The individual perception of each worker in their work environment directly influences their productivity. In this way, companies can maintain themselves over time; The purpose of this study was to know and analyze the conditions of the organizational climate of CI Piscícola Botero S.A, a medium-sized company, whose main headquarters is located in the city of Neiva, Huila where its administrative staff operates, however, it also has with other branches located in municipalities such as Campoalegre, Hobo and Yaguará, where its operational staff operates and is in charge of field work.
