This research project aims to address the deficiency in the cost system of Panadería La MASIS, which currently lacks an effective method for calculating unit costs and setting appropriate sale prices. This situation negatively impacts the financial results of the business and its ability to assess profitability and future investments. In a challenging context marked by rising raw material costs, especially post-pandemic, it is essential for La MASIS to implement a cost system that enables strategic decision-making and differentiation in the market.
