This article explored the strategies implemented by credit and savings cooperatives in Neiva, Huila, to manage credit risk during the year 2024. The study was conducted using a qualitative methodology and a descriptive design, employing a semi-structured interview as the primary data collection method, applied to employees of a cooperative located in Neiva, Huila.
