Resumen
In the formation of cities, various phenomena have developed that configure places of spontaneous urbanization, without a pre-established order, and that generate sociocultural dynamics, security, and chaos from the perspective of the configuration of public space and social aspects. In Ibagué, the area on the outskirts of El Jardín Square, located in Commune 8 on the banks of the Chípalo River, has been built with particular characteristics that have made it a site with characteristics that symbolically condition it as a scenario of danger, limited opportunities, disorder, and the impossibility of establishing urban planning. To this extent, intervening in this space through planning and urban dynamics allows it to be projected as a setting for new experiences, entrepreneurship, and foresight.
