Currently, there is a prevailing trend towards the consumption of natural products that have health benefits. Consumer needs focus on elements among which avocado oil would primarily respond, as it is beneficial for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, and those with very high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well as those who care about their appearance and lovers of gourmet cuisine.
