Resumen
In this monograph, we sought to identify the viability in the preselection of markets, to export collagen extracted from the waste of skin, scales and thorns of tilapia, basing it on a bibliographic study evaluating the growth that the aquaculture sector in Colombia has been presenting. , the feasibility of cultivation of this species, the favorable characteristics that the department of Meta has for fish farming; the investigation of proven techniques and technologies, the result of which is a chemical process and the extraction of a product that meets quality standards; concluding that it has a diverse utility to be offered as raw material to the cosmetic sector. Based on the above, a market analysis was carried out, which results in the selection of Spain as the ideal destination to export the product obtained, based on the beneficial agreement that Colombia has with the European Union.
