Resumen
Several researches assure that gastronomy and fast foods have been growing quite noticeably due to specialties and some trends in food preservation, and the gastronomic tourism that is occurring in some countries of the world, some chefs have been inclined to traditional food as they harbor great secrets in their various forms of cooking. Next, an investigation will be presented on the trend of fast food, the preference on empanada, methods and technologies for the preservation and freezing of fast food, as well as a description of the optimal market for frozen food.
