Resumen
This project establishes the measures for the assessment and analysis of the biomechanical risk caused by the manual handling of loads in the operating personnel of the mass and balance laboratory of a metrology company, in turn, proposes control actions that the organization can adopt to minimize exposure to this risk and prevent work accidents and occupational diseases associated with musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). The biomechanical risk control measures were documented through an epidemiological surveillance program; the main objective is to maintain the workers' health who perform manual weight lifting for calibration services.
