Resumen

It is intended to implement the most appropriate cost system so that the organization minimizes and controls its costs that are generated during the process of its commercial operations, and thus be able to generate through control the increase in profitability, it is intended to provide the organization with advice on how to manage the costs they incur, This is because in the provision of services and production of products of the company, there is no reference framework to formulate adequate cost reduction policies. The above refers to the fact that costs are of great importance within organizations and it is important to have good management and control of them, observing that our company does not adequately implement the management of its costs, we want to help generate control and recognition so that in this way it can reach adequate decision-making, and management of financial resources in order to improve the recognition of the utility that must be obtained during the realization of the commercial activities of the company.
