Resumen
Teaching, like many other jobs, requires dedication, responsibility and commitment; It also implies work overload, conditions of attrition, health problems with respect to the voice, mental and physical health or conditions typical of professional practice. Knowing these factors allows us to get closer to teaching work and how this work influences the health of the worker. It is essential to know one of the professions that we admired as children and currently have lost their important value in society. Objective: Reduce stress and guarantee an adequate use of the voice in preschool and elementary school teachers in the Municipality of La Calera.
