Resumen
The purpose of this report is to present the professional experience carried out at the 22nd Sectional Prosecutor's Office, Specialized Gaula Unit, Boyacá, under the internship modality, lasting 240 hours, remotely due to the ongoing global pandemic. The internship applied the knowledge and skills learned at the Law School of the Antonio Nariño University, Duitama campus. The professional internship, which was carried out as a requirement for obtaining the professional degree, aimed to acquire new skills to be applied in professional life. Likewise, new knowledge was obtained, with which work specific to the 22nd Sectional Prosecutor's Office was carried out, such as studying files with a view to suggesting decisions to be made and projecting Prosecutor's orders, that is, orders to the judicial police and the filing of investigations. Therefore, this practical report will include relevant information regarding the work carried out at the 22nd Prosecutor's Office, with special emphasis on the most significant activities. An organizational chart showing the tasks performed will also be included. Information about the department where the practical work took place will also be included, including its mission, vision, and organizational structure. Finally, there will be appendices demonstrating the authenticity of the practice.
