Resumen
The following research project raises the case of a young NN student from an educational institution in the tourist and cultural district of Riohacha that is the object of the investigation; the student's real name was omitted to maintain the right to privacy contemplated in article 15 of the Political Constitution of Colombia, which decrees: “all people have the right to their personal and family privacy and to their good name, and the State must respect them and make them respect them…”. (Political Constitution of Colombia 1991). NN is a 16-year-old female adolescent who is currently in the tenth grade in one of the educational institutions of this District, it can also be mentioned that her family belongs to the lower-middle stratum of a neighborhood located in the District.
