Resumen
The constant changes in the business, industrial, and commercial spheres require productive companies to adapt to these changing trends and tastes demanded by the market, which go hand in hand with globalization and economic tightness. In order to attract new customers and retain current ones, they are forced and required to develop and implement new market strategies and models for the optimization and standardization of production processes, leading to increased productivity, efficiency, and performance of material, technological, and human resources.
