Resumen
The purpose of this research work is to analyze the incidence of sociocultural factors in school dropout in the Simaluncirra n ° 2 ethno-educational center, jurisdiction of the municipality of Maicao, in which it is intended to provide strategies that facilitate orientation to parents, where through their parent-child relationship and vice versa, positive attitudes are adopted that allow them to improve the family relationship, and thus reduce effects that lead to school dropout in students.
