Resumen
The Lean Manufacturing methodology has been responsible for revamping production in all types of industries around the world. It has advanced, within the framework of the PHVA continuous improvement cycle, based on the Toyota system, to provide a response to the production plant, taking advantage of this methodology to make proper use of resources and eliminate potential waste in the area. This methodology has improved companies in a short period of time, using statistical and control tools and instruments that have allowed companies to be more innovative and competitive in sales opportunities.
