Resumen
Reproductive diseases in pet rabbits have been reported frequently in daily veterinary practice, and little information is available on their histopathological changes for more accurate diagnosis and prompt treatment. This study was carried out in order to contribute to the understanding of the development of these diseases and the presentation characteristics based on the histopathological findings; as well as analyzing the frequency of presentation of these making their relationship with literature. Female rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) were taken from the Pet Company clinic who came to the clinic for reproductive problems with signs such as vulvovaginal bleeding, behavioral changes, vulvar hyperemia, among others, and we worked under a descriptive cross-sectional study, with a non-probabilistic, subjective sampling by reasoned decision.
