Resumen
Training in the pedagogy of the performing arts, and reflecting upon it, has captured my attention, prompting me to wonder how these inquiries permeate my own training as a teacher-artist. I have accepted the role of research assistant, motivated by the invitation, which suggests a path that intrigues me: lived experience as an artistic and pedagogical principle in the training of teacher-artists who study subjectivized intercultural traditions. Within the framework of the aforementioned doctoral research project being developed by Professor Angélica Nieves, the aim is to explore the production of artistic and pedagogical knowledge based on lived experience as a formative principle. This project is based on the premise of understanding the study of traditions as a catalyst for creation and the formative processes of teacher-artists in the performing arts program.
