Resumen
In Neiva the disorderly growth has produced the weakening of the different infrastructures, causing the loss of the multifunctionality of the Micro Center of the city, due to the presence of environmental, urban and social deterioration in the sector, acquiring wear of the existing systems and increasing new activities caused by said urban degradation, leading the city to an overload and saturation of determinants such as the Main Ecological Structure, Public Space and Mobility.
