Resumen
The automation of the neutralization system of a water well or pond by means of the pH control for the discharge of wastewater, is a system that shows an industrial process in which it is sought to give conditions to the wastewater, product of regeneration of ionic resins, very commonly used in the demineralization of water for steam generating boilers of a thermoelectric power plant, so that these can be returned to the environment under normal conditions. This work explains the importance of the Automation of the neutralization process using as bases the modeling of dynamic On / off systems by the black box method, it was found that it is possible to model a system based on the experimental results, ignoring the mathematical function that It concerns and resulting in a stable system, in addition to the cost-benefit balance analysis, a decrease in operating costs and chemical consumption was evidenced. And finally, using the LABVIEW Software, the design of autonomous systems of great utility in industrial processes became very easy and practical.
