Resumen
In the rural municipality of Ibague, in the middle of the Colombian central mountain range belonging to the Andean mountain chain of the continent, we find the Combeima canyon, with its proximity to the snow-covered park, declared a national heritage site of interest. Colombia, which declared the canyon to have an inherent symbolic value, was at risk due to the lack of recognition of the location. What the project seeks to carry out is the presentation of the cultural, historical and environmental value of this rural sector of Ibague. The research will be in the Category of Architectural Project / Subcategory: Intervention in Contextual Heritage in line with urban environment - dialogue of knowledge and community social development. This will project the visualization of the patrimonial valuation, under the criteria of the investigation in its symbolic theory, type of descriptive study, and its type of qualitative investigation, taking into account the axiological value of the environment in relation to its relationship with the community.
