Resumen
This project is research on the design of an improvement proposal to contribute to the proper management of raw material inventories in INDUFRIAL S.A, we have carried out a detailed diagnosis or study of the current situation in the raw material warehouse, observing fallacious conditions that exist noticeable in the movements of materials and inputs, as well as database errors. We collect information through the survey technique aimed at warehouse area staff and interviews the department director, who serve as guidance for the design of the improvement proposal to optimize resources, which determines according to the diagnosis favorable and unfavorable factors that affect the company and that allowed us to establish the objectives to be achieved. In addition, the general descriptions of INDUFRIAL S.A, the complete diagnosis of the current conditions of the storage system of the raw material warehouse, are established the alternatives of improvement and finally the validation of the proposal is shown.
