Resumen
The constant process of innovation in a given territory is influenced by various factors such as growth, productivity and, of course, competitiveness, which seek to potentiate the social, cultural and economic product in order to strengthen its capacity to create knowledge. Therefore, this work focuses its study on the identification of those factors that condition this process in the city of Neiva, carrying out a series of analysis of systems and aspects that are directly or indirectly involved and implementing the projective and spatial character of Architecture as a response to a series of problems encountered.
