Resumen
The objective of this research is to increase the degree of productivity in the Maderpaco company, in such a way, engineering tools of methods such as plant distribution and the Lean Manufacturing methodology were used. By implementing the improvement proposal, favorable results were achieved for the organization, such as the reduction of cycle time, the reduction of bottlenecks, the increase in productivity rates and the introduction of a culture of order and cleanliness in the positions of work.
