Resumen
The system will allow the user (person designated for the elaboration of state contracts) to enter a series of parameters, which will indicate the modality of selection of a state contractor, after this the system will display the fields that must be filled out to download the template of the contract. The implementation of this automatic service will innovate in the standardization of formats for the selection of contractors for the sixth category territorial entities, in addition to this, it will allow control of the number of agreements that are drawn up and will reduce the time of this process, maintaining the centralized and standardized templates.
