Resumen
The main objective of the research is to analyze the narratives about the adaptation process in people who lost family members due to COVID-19, for which the family, grief, communication and COVID-19 were taken as categories of analysis. The research takes as a theoretical reference what is indicated by the World Health Organization and the Pan American Health Organization, in addition to research carried out during the pandemic.
