Club de salud y bienestar para el adulto mayor en la ciudad de Neiva-Huila, como elemento de cohesión familiar

Older adulthood is a vital stage of human beings that represents the decline of many of the factors at the psychological level in the older adult. At the psychosocial level, the difficulty in processes such as social inclusion, the lack of strengthening of family relationships and the decrease in social interaction is notorious, causing difficulties that will be represented in radical actions for the rest of the life of the older adult. Therefore, this work registered in the applied project modality develops a study and analysis to create a Health and Wellness Club for the elderly in the city of Neiva-Huila, as an element of family cohesion,
