Resumen
With this document, we sought to address the existing problems in a company in the manufacturing sector of the city of Cartagena, which presented a poor scenario in productivity and management of the organization at a general level, which is why an organizational strategy proposal is built, that allows the strengthening of the business model as a catalyst for productivity, for this a diagnosis of the organization is made based on the problem tree technique and focused on the different perspectives that an organization has, analyzing the different methods and tools for implementation of the organization strategy, and determining the application of a particular method, which seeks to establish the strategy in all areas of the company, the research is descriptive and presents as main results the application of a guiding model and whose main objective to permeate the strategy throughout the company in order to to improve productivity at all levels.
