Currently, competition in the construction machinery sector is increasing, which means Gecolsa must provide good service to its customers to become more competitive. At Gecolsa's Bucaramanga headquarters, it is difficult to provide good service when the grid power is down because the company needs the grid to quote and release spare parts.
