Resumen

In this work the problem of the traceability system is solved. It has a brief introduction that explains why this work is done and a series of questions that will help define the objectives and develop the work. It continues with an explanation of the research method used, on which a series of articles have been compiled that cover each part of the subject, both traceability and agricultural supply chains. A fragment of these articles is presented and a brief summary of them is also presented. Next, the research questions raised in the problem statement are broken down, defining what traceability is, its types, the laws that govern traceability, the requirements that must exist to establish it and implement a traceability system, etc.
