Resumen
The purpose of this internship is to develop a functions and procedures manual to improve the performance and understanding of the import analyst process at Mag Customs Level 2, given that there is no precedent or document that meets these requirements. This highlights the poor performance of staff, the numerous setbacks, and cost overruns in customs processes. This is where the goal is to provide a consultation mechanism, research, and training for the competitive development of professionals within the company.
