Resumen

Currently, the municipality of Barbosa lacks sufficient urban recreational areas for its population. This makes urban activities monotonous and creates an attitude of indifference toward social and cultural relations within the community. Currently, no public recreational spaces have been created for the population, which currently numbers close to 30,000. Lacking adequate spaces within the urban area to carry out their recreational activities, people are forced to do so on the slopes of the urban area. The most common route is the road to Vereda el Amarillo, located in the municipality's eastern capital. This terrain, with variable widths, long lengths, and abundant vegetation, is used by pedestrians and athletes seeking a dynamic route as part of an exercise routine.
