Resumen
The inquiry was carried out for the purpose of implement improvements in Tecni.cel micro-Enterprise, with the use of the supply chain in the imports of technological accessories in Colombia that help satisfy the demand for goods of the population. The import of headphones from China to Colombia is a common business activity, it is a major exporter of electronics, including headphones. This work is carried out under a qualitative, descriptive methodology based on an international plan that seeks to be a search source in which businessmen and students can find information about the supply chain when technological accessories are imported from China, it is important because it helps to meet customer demand, increase efficiencies and reduce costs, improve product quality, support innovation, reduce risk, and promote sustainability.
