Resumen
Fast food sales in Bogota have increased considerably in recent years, largely due to the growing demand for home delivery services. In this situation, home delivery has become a crucial success factor for the industry. In order to meet the demands and expectations of its customers, Sandwich Gourmet in particular has recognized the need to improve its home delivery procedure. To this end, the present improvement plan is proposed to optimize and improve each stage of the delivery process.
