Construyendo una carroza carnavalesca: transmisión de saberes tradicionales en el proceso de elaboración de carrozas en el carnaval de negros y blancos de pasto, Nariño, Colombia

Resumen

This research focuses on one of the most genuine expressions of tradition: carnival, and does so from an expanded educational perspective. This means that educational forms other than institutionalized education are considered, which are present in carnival and are likely to contribute to the re-signification of artistic education in general. Now, in this chapter the reader will find the necessary information to situate themselves in the context of the research. Initially, the generalities of the document are presented, followed by an immersion in the research context, where the different problematic situations that motivated the development of this study are made explicit. The justification will also be found, highlighting the importance of a research exercise of this nature. The final chapter is the methodological design that supports the entire structure of the research, the general and specific objectives, the research question, and the timeline of the work carried out.
