Resumen
The main objective of this research is to verify the influence of fuel on the efficiency of a thermal machine, an engine located at the Antonio Nariño University headquarters in Puerto Colombia. Where the motivation of this project plunges us to seek innovative solutions in terms of energy sources used in different activities. This Engine, used for academic purposes, is undoubtedly the impetus for developing this type of research. However, the latest technological advances that have arrived in our country have promoted alternatives for the use of resources, therefore the influence of the type of fuel on the efficiency of a thermal machine improves its operation.
