Optimización del servicio de mantenimiento aplicando metodología Kaizen para la empresa Kenworth de la montaña en la ciudad de Bogotá

Resumen

This project was documented in order to implement kaizen methodology in a heavy vehicle company to demonstrate how the way of working can be improved and facilitated in a session of its workshop, which is dedicated to performing preventive maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles. To do this, we collect important information such as the tools used, the time spent on each routine, the dealership space and the personnel who perform it.
