Resumen
This research, whose objective is to know the viability of exporting freeze-dried lulo to Shanghai China, is analyzed by means of a process through the creation of a company called FILU S.A.S., dedicated to the development of freeze-dried lulo and, at the same time, in charge of managing the export process. This project was born from the consumer's need to add to their diet a healthy product that can also be a perfect substitute for products that are not friendly to health.
