Resumen
LBH Colombia S.A.S., a leading company in the maritime sector, is facing challenges in its administrative and operational areas that require effective solutions to optimize its performance and ensure competitiveness in the market. The purpose of this study is to present an improvement plan derived from the various actions and activities implemented during my internship at LBH, with the aim of enhancing the company's performance in the market and its ability to provide high-quality services internationally.
