Resumen
The "Parcela Dulce Rosa" is a mango production and export project located in a humid tropical environment with favorable climate and sandy loam soil. However, gaps were identified in the logistics process that were affecting the efficiency and quality of the mango, leading to a proposed improvement in this aspect. The project is named "Proposal for Improving the Logistics Process for Mango Production and Export in Parcela Dulce Rosa." The main objective was to enhance the workflow from cultivation to final delivery, ensuring efficiency at each stage and ensuring product quality.
