Resumen
Cultural diversity permeates companies today, an important aspect that leads to investigate how it influences the organizational management of companies in the Bogotá Region? study carried out in two phases, of an applied, documentary and quantitative approach, through surveys of said entities, and to identify their differences and determine policies and participation in the management of their cultural diversity, under 3 variables oriented to diversity: Business, Effective Recruitment and Management Decisions. Their findings show that companies support the cultural diversity of their employees due to their contribution to new ideas and habits, very well received in the work environment, contributing to a more dynamic climate and the establishment of policies to improve the company. In the same way, there is good management of inclusion so as not to affect the work environment, and it is the benchmark for productivity in companies, a situation evidenced in the results of hiring human talent, for which diversity is not an impediment. for your entry into it.
