Resumen
The ideas developed in Ancient Greece are a sea of contrasts. While many of them eventually led to the development of science and philosophy, some others were true epistemological obstacles that delayed and hindered their development. The main objective of this text is to make a critical journey through some of the most relevant texts of Aristotle's biological work searching for proto-ideas on thermodynamics and evolution. In particular, a review of the tractates: On the parts of the animals and On the locomotion of the animals will be made.
