Diseño e implementación de un modelo de gestión del conocimiento de la política de calidad para los docentes y líderes de las escuelas de formación artística del Centro Cultural Bacatá, Funza, Cundinamarca

This project aimed to design and implement a knowledge management model focused on the quality policy for teachers and leaders of the artistic training schools of the Centro Cultural Bacatá in Funza, Cundinamarca, Colombia. The study emerged from the need to strengthen the understanding and appropriation of the institutional quality policy and to consolidate mechanisms that promote the management, transfer, and preservation of organizational knowledge. An applied mixed-method approach was adopted, using semi-structured interviews and follow-up surveys as data collection instruments. The project included an organizational diagnosis, the design of the knowledge management model, the implementation of a pilot test, and the evaluation of its effectiveness through a Virtual Learning Object (VLO) and different training and monitoring strategies. The findings showed improvements in the appropriation of institutional knowledge, the strengthening of knowledge documentation and transfer processes, and the consolidation of practices aimed at continuous improvement. These contributions supported the strengthening of the Knowledge Management and Innovation Dimension within the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG) and enhanced the institutional capacities of the Centro Cultural Bacatá.
