El Rio como elemento estructurador del Diseño Urbano

El interés de esta investigación es establecer una relación entre hombre y naturaleza en los entornos modificados por la sociedad, diluir los límites en estos ecosistemas y devolver la importancia del agua en el desarrollo urbano, pues bien, se es consciente del agua como uno de los elementos principales de vida, pero ¿cómo se ve reflejada esta realidad en las ciudades? se continúan diseñando ciudades para los autos, enfocados en la velocidad, dejando de lado el componente ambiental, esto se acentúa por la falta de apropiación por parte del estado de las rondas hídricas lo que lleva a que exista una relación conflictiva entre el componente urbano y ambiental. Bugalagrande (estudio de caso) es un municipio ubicado en el centro del departamento del valle que no escapa a esta realidad, sin embargo, su relación cultural con el agua permite generar un factor diferenciador que ha sido olvidado con el tiempo, de aquí surge el proyecto urbano integral de vuelta al rio Bugalagrande que propone volver al rio tejiendo una relación entre presente y pasado por medio de una filosofía Slow. / Abstract : The interest of this research is to establish a relationship between man and nature in environments modified by society, dilute the limits in these ecosystems and return the importance of water in urban development, well, it is aware of water as one of the main elements of life, but how is this reality reflected in cities? cities continue to be designed for cars, focused on speed, leaving aside the environmental component, this is accentuated by the lack of appropriation by the state of the water rounds, which leads to a conflictive relationship between the urban component and environmental. Bugalagrande (case study) is a municipality located in the center of the department of the valley that does not escape this reality, however, its cultural relationship with water allows it to generate a differentiating factor that has been forgotten over time, from here arises the comprehensive urban project back to the Bugalagrande river that proposes to return to the river weaving a relationship between present and past through a Slow philosophy.
