This intervention project aims to design and implement job profiles as a strategy to reduce work-related stress in a consulting company specialized in occupational health and safety management systems. Based on the application of the Psychosocial Risk Assessment Battery, it was found that 50% of employees present high levels of stress, mainly associated with role ambiguity and high job demands. Methodologically, the study is grounded in the Demand–Control–Support (DCS) model, which serves as the central analytical framework for assessing psychosocial factors through the Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ). As an innovative contribution, this model was integrated into the design of job profiles with a psychosocial approach, aimed at balancing demands, strengthening autonomy, and promoting social support. The results show improvements in role clarity and organizational structure, contributing to employee well-being and organizational sustainability.
