Resumen
It is intended to project training scenarios designed to create images of possible futures that could arise , using scenario planning as an effective means for analyzing the business dynamics of " Textiles Hincapié " . Scenarios are a dataset formed by descriptions of different future realities and devise possible eventualities that allow current situations in the future. In developing this methodology the key factors within the organization are determined , the variables that most influence on the company, both internal and external and possible scenarios that may arise for the company " Hincapie tissues " .
