Índice cintura-cadera: su relación con el tamaño de la estructura corporal
The main goal of this report was to consider the relationship between body frame size and waist- hip ratio in 7286 cuban scholars and adolescents aged 4.5 to 20.5 years. Elbow breadth, waist and hip circumferences and waist-hip ratio were calculated. Percentiles. ANOVA and binary compari- son were also performed. In general, the results show that waist-hip ratio is not influenced by body frame size variations in these ages.
