Efectos de un programa de coordinación visomanual y visopedica a niños con Sindrome de down
The present investigation is carried out in order to determine the effects of a program focused on the visual and visual coordination capacities of children with Down syndrome between 6 and 16 years old, developed at Centro Crecer Kennedy. The program execution was carried out for seven (7) weeks, where a pre-test and a post-test were applied, each consisting of two visomanual tests and two visopedic tests. Through the analysis of the results, it establishes that the children with DS present a significant improvement in terms of the specifically worked coordinated capacities. It is concluded that the application of the program had a positive impact in terms of developing the coordination abilities of children with DS. However, the absence of family support is also evident.
