Conducta social frente al aprendizaje en los estudiantes de pregrado de enfermería

Resumen

Social behaviors are related to learned processes and strengthened culturally and economically, so they intervene in the dynamics of socialization and development of human beings, likewise, it establishes the way to behave towards people or the environment that surrounds them, for example, in this case, with respect to the difficulty or disability of learning, it determines the objective or role that the subject plays with respect to their learning generating a better coexistence in harmony, without distinction or exclusion in the academic environment as this can be a determining factor in the development of that subject (Fernandéz Garcia, 2014) as these behaviors have a great influence on the construction of relationships, realities and attitudes of undergraduate nursing students and teachers around this issue. Objective: To describe variables related to social behavior with respect to learning difficulties in undergraduate nursing students. Methodology: A subject review was conducted in databases and search engines such as Pubmed, Scopus, ScienceDirect and Mendline-indexed, 14 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed. Results and discussion: From the review, 3 inductive categories were identified: Learning Needs Category, Learning Development Category and Learning Environments Category. Corresponding to the Learning Needs Category, the subcategories: Learning Disabilities; Learning Difficulties and Special Characteristics of the Population. For the Learning Development Category, the subcategories: Requirements and Phases of Learning and Participant Baseline Assessment; for the Learning Environments Category, the subcategory Instruments and Tools Used to Determine Student Learning. Conclusion: Based on the systematic reviews in the databases, we found in the studies that the behavior that teachers face with respect to students with learning difficulties, is the stigma of a traditional education for this population, therefore, in most of the articles prevailed the idea that nursing educators should pay attention to these behaviors in students who present difficulties while studying nursing and thus, implement methodologies that help the cognitive and personal development by providing an inclusive environment for them.
